Precision Laser Cutting Services

Our TRUMPF TruLaser 1040 Fiber provides laser cutting services and forms the foundation of our workflow, producing flat metal parts with minimal waste and exact specifications. We cut carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, working from CAD files, shop drawings, or hand-drawn designs.

Capabilities include:

Cutting steel up to 1″ thick and aluminum of various gauges
Large-format flatbed laser cutting up to 12’ x 16’
Custom cuts for intricate or complex geometries
Oxygen, nitrogen, or standard air to optimize cuts for material and finish
Translating designs into laser-ready files for precision results

After laser cutting, parts flow seamlessly into bending, TIG welding, and fabrication, keeping the entire process efficient and fully in-house.

Metal Bending, TIG Welding & Fabrication

Following cutting, our 7-axis CNC press brake enables precise metal bending and forming, handling everything from thin sheet metal to 1″ thick steel while maintaining tight tolerances.

Our in-house custom fabrication team provides TIG welding for carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, delivering clean, durable welds for components that require structural strength or aesthetic quality.
